When you travel and see something you've never seen before, you automatically assume that everyone does it. All the time. E.g. "everyone in Paris drinks coffee in terraces".
I just moved to Valencia. Everything's new and shiny.

and I mean everyone, is jogging tonight
Passed at least 200 people at various speeds. Or more accurately, they did the passing. Included was two entire youth football teams with their studs/cleats on.
